Mediation can provide a cost – effective and fast out of court resolution of disputes in civil and commercial matters, through processes tailored to the needs of the parties, while ensuring complete confidentiality of information arising out of or in connection with the Mediation process. Agreements resulting from Mediation are more likely to be complied with voluntarily and are more likely to preserve a sustainable business relationship between the parties.
